New iBook "The Science of the Art of Medicine"

Thank you. I used the iBook format because the ibook authoring tool is very easy to use, but also so I could distribute the book electronically for free. 
Thank you for your help in getting the word out about the book. I wrote it to try to help people improve medical decision making. That won't happen unless people download and read the book.
