Dx accuracy for CAP

Harold, I've called for this many times....but I've never seen it in
practice. And it would not take a heck of a lot of space in even the
most highly structured parts of an EHR. Note that doubt might also be
relevant vis a vis your review of a progress note or Dx from a kid who
has been a doctor for 2 days (July)
