Missed and Erroneous Diagnoses Common in Primary Care Visits

Rob - I'm not a doctor but an informed consumer.  I think a big part of
misdiagnosis is the fault of the patient and/or family not informing the
doctor exactly what is wrong - and telling the "whole story".  This could
be due to lots of reasons.
