You are correct. If your patient has signs/symptoms and they still have 
labs in normal range, but are a good bit out of over 2 years worth of 
normal for that person, match or are worse than when they were 
hospitalized for cachexia from malnutrition, then that should have been 
a sign.

I'm talking multiple measures. I gave a few examples, but there are more.
