I've recommended John Brush's iBook before, and a just-out book review in "Circulation - Cardivascular Quality and Outcomes" gives me the opportunity to do it again.

Anyone interested in clinical reasoning, especially if you're involved in working with trainees, would enjoy this and benefit from it - there is nothing better on the topic. The book is right up with there with the Kassirer - Wong - Kopelman classic "Learning Clinical Reasoning", and the iBook format is AMAZING.

You can read the review at the link below (they loved it too), and you can access John's book FOR FREE on the Apple iBook store.
