For those currently in attendance at the DEM conference, this is the NYT OP-ED piece I referred to that touches on many of today's discussions on culture and humility in medicine.

For those not in attendance, the backdrop to sharing this piece was today's amazing and eloquent talk by Dr. John Banja about the importance of humility  - particularly as it pertains to avoiding overconfidence.
