Higher error in certain groups?

The poor, non VIP's, those without an advocate or unable to advocate for 
themselves, and uneducated (medically uneducated) are those more likely 
to be involved in errors. No one seems to care about the elderly getting 
care, as a group. There are individual docs but I've seen some doozies 
in my lifetime.
