Dr. Hamm,

Thank you for this. I was wondering if there is a room for patients to
help? I have put in writing I have no problem with my PCP sharing
information about me to educate doctors (I have several issues going
on). She is at a teaching hospital. I want to see clinicians helped &
learn how to do with people and complications.

Have those on teaching hospitals ever considered asking if some of the
more complicated patients, those who have problems or the like, would be
willing to volunteer to help teach residents/interns? If I have time, a
day off or something, I would certainly volunteer if I could.

Anything that doesn't involve risk managers.

Victoria
