I have had some recent discussions with CRICO Corp. and they accept grants
for smaller practices.
See correspondence below:

~~~~~
Thank you for your interest in our grants program and for providing some
background information regarding the “Improve Diagnostic Reasoning” Program
in the Pediatric Primary Care Setting.  Unfortunately, we are no longer
accepting applications for the 2015 grant award cycle but I welcome you to
visit our website at:
https://www.rmf.harvard.edu/About-CRICO/Our-Community/CRICO-Grants to learn
more about how you may apply for funding through our RFA (Request for
Applications) process in the future.
CRICO typically announces the RFA during summer with the Letter of Intent
due early fall. Please be sure to check back periodically for this year’s
updates including new priority areas and revised timeline dates.  You may
also visit
https://www.rmf.harvard.edu/About-CRICO/Our-Community/CRICO-Grants/GrantApplication#date
for
a description of the required application materials, instructions, budget
templates and budget guidelines.
Please don’t hesitate to reach out if you have any additional questions.
Kind Regards,
Amanda
