SIDM 2014 World Café attendees: I’d like to share with you the article that
was recently published in Diagnosis on the World Café session closing the
SIDM meeting in 2014:

Tapping into the wisdom in the room: results from participant discussion at
the 7th International Conference on Diagnostic Error in Medicine facilitated
by a World Café technique

Cosby, Karen S. / Zipperer, Lorri / Balik, Barbara

I wondered if any list members who were attendees of the session acted on
the insights generated during the session, or if you have used the process
in your own patient safety/Dxerror improvement efforts after you experienced
it at SIDM.

The developers of the process are compiling a book on the use of the World
Café in the field and I’d like to submit something on its use in patient
safety but could use some feedback to do that.

Thanks –

Lorri
