As you may have heard, the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality (AHRQ) will host a research summit on improving diagnosis in health care on September 28, 2016, at 5600 Fishers Lane in Rockville, MD. AHRQ has an exciting agenda featuring Dr. Victor Dzau of the National Academy of Medicine, Dr. Gordy Schiff of Brigham and Women's Hospital, and Dr. Mark Graber of the Society to Improve Diagnosis in Medicine as part of our opening plenary. There will be interactive sessions to discuss key issues that are important for our understanding of how to improve diagnosis, including data and measures, health IT, and organizational factors of health care delivery.
Please visit the website http://www.ahrq.gov/news/events/ahrq-research-summit-diagnostic-safety.html to register, view the agenda, and learn more about AHRQ's Research Summit.
We hope you attend and contribute to this important discussion.
