WHO monograph - Diagnostic Error

The World Health Organization is interested in diagnostic error as a global health challenge.  Diagnostic error in low-income countries is a VERY different, and a much larger problem than in high-income countries, as you can imagine.  Attached is a monograph they requested as part of series on health safety in primary care.
