Help with a 5 minute survey

Andrew,
I took your survey and found it difficult to quantify the frequency. I'm in
a teaching facility where most of my work is out patient and 6-8 weeks is
inpatient. During my weeks on inpatient rotations, my team and I see the
radiologist almost daily. We go down as a group and review imaging with the
radiologist. I always find it useful and I think my residents do as well.
When I am in the outpatient setting I don't order imaging nearly as often
and when I do I usually review it over the phone with the radiologist.
Errors have occurred in both settings but I could only describe one type of
setting because of the format of your questionnaire. I don't know that this
will affect your results but wanted to let you know of one of the problems
that I encountered filling it out.

Best wishes,
Lisa Sanders MD
