Dear David,

We are very excited that the program for the 1st Australasian Diagnostic Error in Medicine is now online.

I wonder if you might be able to forward it to the Listserv.

We warmly invite all those interested in and passionate about improving diagnosis to come to Australia for our inaugural conference. Our theme is teamwork and diagnosis.

Kind regards,
