NHS and 'diagnosis'

Do they give any comparative outcome figures? Deaths, DiagnosesInjuries, Errors, Infections.

A Diagnosis is an outcome figure that is usually protected with great passion.

Comparative results can often reflect badly requiring further expenditures.

? One reason why we seem to  make little progress with errors in medicine in the US and around the world.
