Up-To-Date improved diagnosis

Does a willingness to use Up-to-Date or similar tools indicate that these
doctors were also willing to learn, to grapple with uncertainty, and to
keep an open mind?

If Up-to-Date is not properly evidence-based in its recommendations, is
there another tool of its sort that is appropriately evidence-based?
