A confidence interpretation of the method of diagnostic hypothesis confirmation in practice

In this attached paper, I point out that the manner in which a suspected disease as a diagnostic hypothesis is confirmed by a test result in practice can be interpreted as being done by the confidence method.
This method has many advantages such as simplicity ,being experience based and making diagnosis objective.
Please review and comment on this paper.
