Colleagues –

Wanted to let you know that SIDM Founder and President will be participating in a webinar with The International Society for Quality in Health Care on the Impact of EMR on Diagnosis.<https://isqua.org/education/programme-content/webinars/november-2017-webinar-with-mark-graber>
Date: 9 November 2017

Suggestions for both designers and users will be provided on how to use these products to improve diagnostic safety and quality.

Learning Objectives
• Describe 5 features of electronic medical records that improve the diagnostic process.
• Describe 5 ways that electronic medical records can lead to harm during the diagnostic process.
• Adopt 5 practices designed to optimize diagnostic quality and safety when using electronic medical records.
