This is the eighth paper on method of diagnosis that I am posting online since November 1 when I posted the first paper.
In this paper, I sum up my thoughts on method of diagnosis in numbered points for ease of comprehension.
I have become more and more convinced, which is reflected in this paper, that the concept of likelihood plays a central role at all stages of the diagnostic process.
As always, please review and comment on this paper.
Thanks.
