Lisa Sanders's crowdsourcing for diagnosis

Thanks Tom,

In that experiment should the responses be grouped by specialty?

Which bring up the issue of does a successful diagnosis have a time factor from beginning to end and involve all the specialists who have made different diagnoses? After all the hard diagnoses often involve more that one specialist.

Does how many people, together with their specialty, involved the route to the final diagnosis need to be standardized somehow so that the errors of the various specialties are codified?

Also, the time could provide time to diagnosis information.
