Incorporating a diagnostic time out in ambulatory care

Congratulations and thanks to Grace Huang and colleagues for their just-published look at how a diagnostic time-out could be incorporated in the diagnostic process.  With cognitive issues contributing to most diagnostic errors, research studies to evaluate interventions that directly target cognition are a high priority, and there is much to be learned from this early endeavor.
