[No SPF Record] [IMPROVEDX] Does gender matter in Dx error?

Agree with Rory. The 2nd oponion option is the way to go whenever:
     1. Diagnosis is not clear (often)
     2. Therapeutic choices are either difficult, or potentially
invasive/painful or again not clear. I used to use my compatriots often
when I was less than 95% confident (quite often) - I would tell the patient
to see a 2nd. I don't think I ever lost a patient through doing this.
     3. A research project was underway for the clinical condition I
thought was operative.

Have I forgotten other reasons. I suspect that the members of this
list-serve would also agree with Rory.
