Simulation cases on dx error for educators

With great thanks to Alexis Battista and her team at the Uniformed Services University, here are two cases that can be used in classroom settings to evoke and discuss diagnostic error.  One is a case of angina, the other is a case of diabetes.  There are 19 appendices to this impressive resource that include the two cases and a wealth of supporting information.
