Colleagues and friends:

Jenny Sloane & Garston Liang are PhD candidates from the University of New South Wales, Sydney researching medical decision-making. They have created a brief online survey to try to get a better understanding of interruptions and uncertainty in the medical field. This survey is targeted towards nurses and physicians of all specialties, and they would greatly appreciate it if you could spare 10 minutes to fill it out. Please feel free to contact either Jenny (j.sloane at<mailto:j.sloane at>) or Garston (garston.liang at<mailto:garston.liang at>) if you have any questions or would like to provide additional feedback. They would also encourage you to forward the survey to any interested people within your own circles if they would like to participate.
