Registration is now open for the 12th Annual International Diagnostic Error in Medicine Conference (DEM2019)<>. This year’s theme is Shaping Policy, Improving Practice. Inspiring plenaries and interactive workshops will present the latest innovations in medical education, research, and practice improvement focused on diagnostic quality and safety. The program also includes opportunities to engage policymakers and officials from CMS, ONC, AHRQ, and other federal health agencies that are interested in improving diagnosis.
